If your battery is not registered within 90 days of purchase, the warranty will commence from the battery’s manufacturer date. Proof of ownership is required. The warranty is non-transferable.

Note (*): The built-in 12V DC-DC converter is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If it fails under normal use within 1 year, we will ship a replacement DC-DC converter for external installation (converter only). This does not require returning the full battery and does not extend or reset the main battery warranty.

Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping.

Return complete package (battery, box, accessories, manuals) to DigiMarker.

DIGI MARKER inspects and applies policy for repair/replacement.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS — OVER-DISCHARGE & EXTENDED WARRANTY

To address severe over-discharge cases, DIGI MARKER applies the following rules:

Notes: Voltage is assessed at the pack terminals at rest. “Extended Warranty Service” is a paid reinstatement option for qualifying over-discharge cases and does not apply to other exclusions (e.g., physical damage, tampering).

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery subjected to the following conditions:

Damage due to being unsecured or insufficiently secured.

Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service.

Loose battery terminal connections.

Series connection beyond design limits (more than 4 batteries in series; above 48V).

Reverse polarity connections.

Inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the Battery Owner’s Manual, including but not limited to exposure to extreme ambient temperatures above 140°F (60°C) or below -40°F (-40°C), fire, water submersion/pressure washing, and/or storing the Battery in a completely discharged state.

Any short circuit caused by accidental, intentional, or inadvertent connection of the positive and negative terminals.

Damage caused by impact, accident, collision, or drop.

Under-charging or over-charging as defined in the Battery Owner’s Manual.

Use with third-party product(s) that cause failure.

High resistance resulting from corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size.

Failure resulting from a faulty electrical system.

Battery that has been opened, modified, or tampered with in any way.

Use outside intended applications, including repeated engine starting or drawing more continuous amps than specified for the Battery.

Battery that has not been charged for over 1 year (periodic charging is required to maintain cell health).

Battery used in a commercial application where it is repeatedly cycled to more than 80% depth of discharge within 24-hour periods.

These warranty terms are intended to provide clear, long-term support so your equipment performs reliably when it matters most. For any after-sales warranty issues, please refer to this policy.
